At the beginning of 2019 I decided I wanted to shoot more events this year than I’ve been able to for the past couple of years. I’ve been hindered by the cost of travel and subconsciously have let that hold me back from making it out to many events that I’ve always wanted to attend. So without further ado, let’s dive into some of the events I’ve hit this year so far. You may have seen me edit these photos on my Twitch channel, so now here’s the opportunity to get a good look at them!
I made my way out to Las Vegas on a late Saturday night to catch the tail-end of LSFest on Sunday. I’ve never made it out to this event before, so even just getting the chance to check out a couple hours of drifting was a very exciting and new experience for myself. Since it was Sunday, the event itself was winding down, but I at least got to see some friends and shoot a little bit of the drift demos and test out my 400 2.8 outside of a Formula Drift setting. As expected for Las Vegas, it was pretty hot, but being out there was completely worth it! I hope next year I’ll be able to stay for the full weekend in order to catch more of the action!
